IMPACT

Since its founding, HFI has trained over 500 crew members and moved 126 houses to over 40 counties in Iowa. Over 100 crew members have earned certificates in the trades. The program's lifetime recidivism rate is only 6.1%.

HOMES

All HFI homes are built at the building site near the Newton Correctional Release facility and delivered directly onto their foundations. There are four different home models, all under $100,000.
