How to Buy
Step One: Pre-Order Checklist
Complete the pre-order checklist and submit an aerial image of the lot/delivery site. You can do this through the website or download the pdf through the Order Forms page and email it to stephanie.nagrocki@homesforia.com.
Once your form is received, you will be notified, and the HFI moving crew will inspect your lot for movability.
Step Two: Complete Order
Once the moving crew has verified the lot's condition, you must submit the following documents:
- Purchase agreement with project budget worksheet and ACH authorization forms
- Evidence of financing
- Evidence of site control
- Income verification (if applicable for end buyer)
A deposit of 10% is required to reserve a spot in the production queue.
You'll be notified when construction begins.

Once the house is completed, HFI will work with you to determine a delivery timeline. The moving crew will inspect the foundation at least 21 days before the move.
Finally, the home will be delivered to the lot.
