COGs originate all home sales for Homes for Iowa.
COGs provide community and economic development services to Iowa regions and will assist you with Homes for Iowa orders and questions:

- Qualify homebuyer based on income.
- Review available down payment or construction assistance programs.
- Placing home orders.
- Communicating with Homes for Iowa and buyer/developer.
