David Miller, Executive Director

David Miller joined Homes for Iowa in July 2025 and serves as Executive Director guiding the organization's mission to expand affordable housing, strengthen Iowa's workforce, and create second chances for individuals reentering their communities.

Before joining Homes for Iowa, David served as Development Director for the City of Rock Valley, where he led efforts in economic growth, sustainability, and housing development—helping drive a 21% population increase and adding over 400 new housing units. With experience as both a public leader and former entrepreneur, David brings a practical, results-driven approach to building stronger communities and relationships.

A proud graduate of Northwest Iowa Community College and the Oklahoma University Economic Development Institute, David also enjoys outdoor adventures, cheering for the Yankees, and spending time with his wife Lindsey and their two children.

Stephanie Nagrocki, Project Manager

Stephanie Nagrocki has been the project manager for Homes for Iowa since February of 2021. Since then, she has worked with over 150 buyers to provide quality customer service and assist them with the home ordering process.

During the first few years, Stephanie also served as the logistics coordinator for all of the home moves throughout the state. Since another team member is now assisting with that role, Stephanie now focuses on sales, marketing, and customer service and manages the communication process from the beginning steps of ordering to the final delivery of a home with every customer.

Stephanie resides in Southeast Iowa with her husband Ryan, and her 11 year old son Aiden.
